IN STORE RETURNS

Items must be returned to our store within 30 days from purchase.

POSTAL RETURNS

(Australian orders) Items must arrive at our store within 30 days of delivery. (Overseas orders) Items must arrive at our store within 45 days of delivery

* The product must be at least two-thirds full, (with original product, untampered).

This return guarantee excludes Gift Card purchase & Pamper Voucher Purchases. 

In the rare case that a product is faulty, we will always refund/exchange as long as it is within the expiry date.
